From Stazione Marittima to San Marco

Alilaguna boat service:
Alilaguna takes you direct to San Marco around the outside of Venice, with no need to transfer in 16 minutes. Best if you have difficulty with heavy luggage.
Follow signs to water transport for Alilaguna water bus transportation to Venezia. Take the Alilaguna boat Blue Line Linea Blu (16 min) to either the San Marco-Giardinetti stop or the San Marco-San Zaccaria stop. ACTV People Mover plus Vaporetto:
Slower, but an option if you want start using your ACTV day tickets or want to arrive traveling through the Grand Canal.
From the Venezia Marittima cruise terminal find signs for the People Mover. Purchase your ticket at the vending machines. Use the ticket barcode to scan and open the gates to get to the People Mover going in the direction of Piazzale Roma (1 stop).
The ACTV waterbus vaporetto, a helpful public transportation getting to and from Piazzale Roma as well as in and around the islands. It is available day and night. From Piazzale Roma find the vaporetto docks just left of the modern bridge, take line 2, or 1 to the San Marco stop.
Long & Scenic - Line 1: (Hours 05:01 - 23:41) 44 min
From dock D take line 1 down the Grand Canal in the direction of Rialto direct to San Marco Vallaresso stop. (Note: Do not take line 1/ or 2/ they end at Rialto and do not continue to San Marco, if you do take it and you are told to get off at Rialto, just get off and wait there for the next line 1 to continue your trip). Private water taxi:
A fun splurge, good for a group to share the high cost. Not recommended for people with limited mobility.
Follow signs to water transport. Communicate with the agent or driver to take you to "Querini Stampalia" (15 min). Email us for directions from the Querini Stampalia drop off point to our door.

Vaporetto:
The ACTV waterbus vaporetto is helpful public transportation getting to and from the San Basilio as well as in and around the islands and Venice. It is available day and night.
From the San Basilio cruise terminal cross the bridge, on your right find the ACTV vaporetto stop San Basilio, take line 5.1, or line 2 to the San Marco stop. Please note at San Basilio there is no ticket booth or automated machine. Find ACTV vaporetto tickets at a Tabacco shop tabacheria or purchase once onboard with cash only.
Quick & Small - Line 5.1: (Hours 07:16 - 19:56) 12 min
From San Basilio take line 5.1 in the direction of San Marco-San Zaccaria (boats coming from right to left). The 5.1 vaporetto is smaller and has steps down to a larger area. Not recommended for people with limited mobility or a lot of luggage. Once you arrive to San Marco-San Zaccaria (3 stops), follow this San Zaccaria step by step guide to B&B Corte Campana with no bridges.
Slower & Larger - Line 2: (Hours 05:23 - 00:10) 20 min
From San Basilio take line 2 in the direction of San Marco-San Zaccaria (boats coming from right to left). The line 2 vaporetto is larger, has no steps, and is recommended for those with limited mobility or a lot of luggage. Continue on to San Marco-San Zaccaria (6 stops) then follow the San Zaccaria step by step guide to B&B Corte Campana.
